Don’t get me wrong, it’s amazing to see your most recent family photos once they are delivered and share them on social media, but photos are much more than that.

 Photography is all about freezing time and turning moments into memories. When you look back on your photos years from now, it will just hit different. Have you ever found a really old photograph of your family and had tons of memories flood back? There is nothing like it. That moment will live on forever in that photograph, and that is what is so special about family photography. 

Get ready to play, have fun, and snuggle. My family photography sessions are all about capturing your family's unique story through authentic moments, emotions and genuine interactions with each other. 

It’s easy to skip having your family photos taken each year because life gets busy and it can at times feel like a hassle. The stress of getting your outfits picked out, and getting your kids to smile and behave can feel daunting at times. The good news is it doesn’t have to be like that!

My approach to family photography is to play and have fun. I start each session with a fun prompt to get everyone warmed up, and then snap a few classic family portraits where everyone is looking at the camera (while we still have the kid’s attention). 

Once that’s out of the way, I leave room for all fun, play, and authentic moments to unfold so I can capture the genuine connections and bond you have with your kids. Don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging. I’ll mix in fun prompts and games to help give your family some direction. My goal is for you to walk away with an experience your family loved, because I want you to look back on your photos and not only see how beautiful the moment looked but how fun it felt.
